By default, your conference schedule is stored locally in your browser. We do not collect any information from you.
In order to post coffee pins on the map, you need to sign in with your Google account. We collect your name and email address for this purpose.
We seek to collect only the information necessary to operate and improve the interactive venue map and related conference planning features.

Depending on how you use the Service, the following information may be collected to fulfill your requests:
- Conference-related preferences (e.g., domains of interest, shared coffee chat topics or similar planning data).
- Optional account or profile information if you sign in (e.g., name, email address) via Google Sign-In.

- Usage data: to estimate LLM token usage and prepare for billing.
